We remain open and fully operational, offering all of the services provided by our hospital, including routine services and procedures. We want our clients to understand that we are also just as committed to the health and safety of our clients and staff during these times of uncertainty. We are currently taking certain precautions to limit as much unnecessary human exposure and interaction as is feasible while continuing to provide veterinary care by the Centennial standard.
- Clients will now begin their visit by checking in via phone call upon your arrival. We encourage all clients to contact us via telephone at (702) 655-0241 upon arrival. Our staff will gather information regarding your appointment and/or obtain information regarding the nature of your visit over the phone.
- We will send a customer service assistant to your vehicle to discuss a detailed history regarding your pet.
- Our customer service assistants will be wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) with gloves and masks for your protection and the protection of our staff.
- Alternatively, you can be greeted at our front door, without entering the building, in order to check in with our staff.
- Please make sure to stand 4 to 6 feet away from our customer service assistants as a means of reducing close proximity and contact.
- We will then bring your pet to the treatment area and begin our examination and evaluation by our veterinarians.
- After your veterinarian makes an assessment, you will be contacted promptly by your veterinarian via telephone to discuss a plan of action, as well as any diagnostics, treatments, and medications for your pet’s visit.
- Our customer service staff will then return to your vehicle with your pet, along with any other treatments, medications, or food that may be prescribed while discharging your pet.
- Medication refills can be prepared and delivered to you at your vehicle. We ask that you call at least 30 minutes prior to your arrival in order to have the medications prepared. You may also call upon your arrival to request the prescription refill and notify our staff that you are in our parking area.
Please understand that we strive to continue to care for you and your pet, as we always have, while also being mindful and considerate of the health of our community’s population.
